Slips, Bombers, & Velvet
Happy (officially) fall! It’s been some time since an outfit post, so I wanted to share my favorite trends for fall. We just finished up fashion month, which not only means new SS17 collections, but STREET STYLE! One of my favorite reasons why I love fashion week is because some really great trends evolve. Some trends I saw were slip dresses, corset belts, athleisure, graphic tees, velvet, and bombers which lead me to my top favs…slips, bombers, and velvet boots. I love them as key pieces worn separately, but they also have a cool look worn together. I’m wearing a thrifted slip dress, Zara bomber, and Public Desire velvet boots. Inspired by my look? Shop my entire (and similar) look below!

The Duster Jacket
Fall is approaching and the duster jacket is a great transition piece for fall. I love this embroidered one from Missguided. Pair the statement jacket with high waist pants, a tee, and ankle boots for a casual look, or dress it up with a silk cami, trousers, and heels. Shop the duster jacket below!

The Denim Trend For Fall
Yup, summer is coming to an end, so it’s about that time to start talking fall fashion. To carry over from the 90s trends, denim has been a big staple this year. The vintage style raw, uneven hem is all the new craze. Many brands like RE/DONE, Citizens of Humanity, and Nasty Gal have recreated the vintage Levi’s. I put together some of the best street-style denim inspo. Shop the denim trend below!

Denim on Denim
The 90s fashion trends aren’t going anywhere (TG). Denim, slips, and chokers are probably more popular now than they were in the 90s. Denim especially has taken on a whole new look seen all over the (runway) streets. An easy go-to 90s summer look is pairing denim shorts with a slip tank and oversized denim jacket. The look wouldn’t be complete without a choker too of course. Can’t get enough of the 90s fashion? Shop my look below!
p.s. My choker is Dlynn Jewelry designed by me – launching soon. Follow on Instagram @dlynnjewelry for updates!

Get Lolla Ready
Lollapalooza is this week, so I wanted to share some inspiration images from the best festival goers to help you prepare for your outfit. We know it takes some well thought out planning to pull off that effortless festival look (hehe). I’m really into keeping it simple this year with denim cut-offs and a bodysuit like Bella’s look. Easy Going
Sick of seeing the slip dress trend? Well…it’s not going anywhere because it is the comfiest thing ever. My easy go-to look for the summer is my Lou & Grey slip dress paired with a tee underneath or denim jacket and sneakers. I’d say the slip is the must have piece for summer. Shop my look below! – De

Red, White, & Blue
Can’t decide what to wear on the 4th, but don’t want to go all out? Try sticking with one or two colors like white and blue, or a red dress and straw hat with denim slide sandals. Denim is a good way to stay festive without going overboard. Shop my fav low key red, white, and blue pieces below! (except it’s okay to go all out with the swimwear) 😉 Happy 4th!
